From first sketch to final install.
Six steps. A clear timeline. A named point of contact at every stage. The reason most of our clients tell their friends about us has very little to do with cabinets — and almost everything to do with how we communicate.
First conversation
30–45 minutesWe start with a no-pressure call or shop visit. You tell us about the room, the budget, the timeline, and the look you're after. We tell you honestly whether Bella is the right fit — and if we're not, we'll point you somewhere that is.
What we'll tell you
You'll leave the conversation with a written summary of what we discussed and a clear next step. No quote yet, no pressure.
In-home measure
60–90 minutes on-siteIf you're within an hour of Fort Wayne, we come to you. We measure every wall, every appliance opening, and every plumbing rough-in to the eighth of an inch. We photograph the space so the design team can reference it later.
What we'll tell you
You'll get the measured drawing back within a week, with notes on anything we noticed that might affect the design.
3D design + take-off
1–2 weeksOur designer builds your kitchen in 3D using the measurements from your room. You'll see exactly how every cabinet, finish, and piece of hardware comes together before a single board is cut. We revise until you're happy.
What we'll tell you
We share the design as a walk-through video and an interactive 3D link — review it on your phone, with your spouse, at your own pace. Two rounds of revisions included.

Same day as design sign-offOnce the design is approved, you get a line-item quote — every cabinet, every finish, install, and countertops itemized. No surprise fees. We take a 50% deposit to start fabrication; the balance is due after install is complete.

Your quote includes a written timeline and a named point-of-contact at Bella. You'll know exactly who to call when you have a question.
Fabrication
4–6 weeksYour cabinets are built by hand in our Fort Wayne facility. Every box is checked for square, every door for fit, every finish for consistency. We don't outsource and we don't ship offshore.
What we'll tell you
You'll get a photo update at the halfway mark and a confirmed delivery date one week before install. No vague 'we'll call you when it's ready.'
Install + countertops + punchlist
3–5 days on-siteOur install crew handles delivery, install, countertops, and final fit. If anything isn't right, we fix it on the spot — that's what the punchlist is for. Final invoice goes out once you've signed off.
What we'll tell you
We walk through the finished kitchen with you, page by page on the punchlist, before we leave. Nothing closes until you say it does.
